When it comes to making life changes, it is easy to overcomplicate the self-improvement process. Below is a simple “To Do” list for each day to keep you on track to reach your health, fitness, and/or performance goals. Consistently going “5 for 5” will drastically change your life!
Daily “To Do” List For Life Changing Results
1) Get 7.5 – 9 hours of quality sleep.
2) Eat three complete meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) consisting of a lean protein, vegetable, fruit, and complex carbohydrate.
3) Drink 64 ounces of water.
4) Get 60 minutes of physical activity or intense exercise.
5) Schedule a balanced day consisting of work, family time, personal/spiritual growth, and leisure/relaxation time.
