An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2017

Yoga for Health Aging will focus on several preventative strategies to help maintain physical, mental, and emotional health as you age. This class offers a blend of strength, flexibility, balance, stress management, heart health, and brain health. Students will move form chair to floor, depending on each student’s ability and comfort with standing.
