*Women’s Small Group Personal Training (8 person maximum.) Small Group Training is a challenging program designed to improve balance, mobility, strength, and stamina. There are several specialized SGT groups to choose from. Enjoy the benefits of Personal Training, with built-in accountability and camaraderie of a group, at an amazingly low price!
