Class Descriptions
Chair Yoga
Traditional Yoga using the aid of a chair. Appropriate for individuals with joint issues, pregnant mothers, seniors, and many more.
Boot Camp
A fun class that will challenge your agility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This class is
indoor/outdoor and uses a wide array of fitness equipment. Beginner to advanced are welcome.
Functional Fitness
Cardiovascular, balance, & strength. Appropriate for individuals who desire fitness
gains with little impact on the joints. This class is 1 hour in length -- 30 minutes in the class room and 30
minutes spent on cardiovascular equipment.
Funtional Movement
This is a 30-minute class that focuses on range of motion, everyday movements,
and building core strength & balance for independent living.
Power Yoga
A dynamic, physical and energizing form of Yoga that sculpts and tones every muscle in
the body. Suitable for anyone who prefers a strong, challenging practice.
Silver Sneakers®
The Silver Sneakers® Program is an innovative health, exercise, and wellness program
helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Participants must have their Silver Sneakers ID to
participate in class.
Slow-Flow Yoga
The primary focus of this Iyengar style yoga class is proper alignment. It is an active
class that is welcoming to the beginner, but is challenging for the most experienced Yogi.
Spin
Our energetic and challenging spin class is suitable for all fitness levels. Both 30-minute and 1-hour
spin classes are offered.
Strength & Tone
This is a strength training class that targets each major muscle group to achieve better
tone and a leaner body. All fitness levels are welcome!
Xpress Fitness
Ideal for working individuals & travelers, our convenient morning Xpress Fitness class fits
a total-body strength workout and metabolic conditioning into only 45 minutes.
Yin Yang Yoga
A fusion Yoga class consisting of Power Vinyasa and Yin Deep Stretch.
